> Sump in footpath by wall outside 74 is blocked. It needs sucking out along with the pipe to the main pipe under the footpath. The lid is wedged under the wall so needs a crowbar or other lifting device to get it open, I couldn't do it. The other sump in the middle of the footpath is clear of debris.
