> Change to excessively long bicycle crossing wait time. Not sure why the traffic engineers think the increased wait time is required for cyclists and pedestrians but it is making users take risk crossing against the lights. The previous shorter wait time for pedestrians did not add any extra travel time to vehicles as they would still be behind the same vehicle further up the road at the much busier intersections. Please consider referring to the previous light sequencing.
