> We recently had a new water main installed (a smart one) by Isaac Civil as part of the upgrade scheme. At the weekend we went to turn our water main off and found we couldn’t turn it completely off as it has been installed incorrectly. In its most “off” position there would still be about 15-25% of the original water flow. This needs to be fixed as we need to be able to completely turn our water off.
