> There is no storm water drain at the end of this street nor decline to push water down to ones at the other end of the street. When it rains water floods/pools this end of the street and remains stagnant for days until it dries out. It makes it difficult for people getting out of the car passenger side parked on the street as the water is usually deep enough to cover their shoes.
