> this window washer still out there. was told by council to call 105, did so but couldn't get through. Didn't phone 111 as I know police don't come to this part of town unless someone is about to be killed. Would like to suggest council send parking wardens to these cases or update your by law to allow motorists who hand over money to this man to be fined and put uo a sign at intesection. If he can't earn money he would soon give up. Leaving this issue for police to sort is no solution at all
