> RH6760, person at property repeatedly uses the berm as personal parking space for run down vehicles, storage for a trailer and piles of rubbish. Recent items have been removed, however now there is yet another vehicle parked on the berm. How does this person not understand to use the road and that the berm is not there's for their personal vehicles, rubbish or items. It is unsightly and blatantly and constsntly goes against council rules. Why should this person get to repeatedly do this?
