> There is a drain on the front part of the section at 188A Rocking Horse Road that is covered in grass and weeds. It is a swale from the stormwater further down the driveway This is a flood risk. Please do not include my information to the home owner as I have tried to resolve this with them privately to no avail. It is considered overgrown vegetation, but is more of a flood risk than fire risk
