# Sewer - Leak / Blockage, 27 Mandeville St, Canterbury, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand

Christchurch · filed 4 November 2025 · report 7151240
https://www.chch.live/report/7151240

> There appears to be a sewer leak emerging from the footpath outside Soul Studio Hot Yoga at 27 Mandeville Street. The odour strongly suggests sewage, and the affected area is noticeably wetter when I exit the studio after my yoga session and shower. This issue has been occurring for over a month, and no action has been taken to address it.
