> I cycle to work at 32 Oxford Terrace. The entrance to the bike shed is on Tuam Street, at the back of the building. The contractors building the building between us and The Pegasus Arms have blocked off the Tuam Street cycleway in front of their building. They have also blocked off the alley between the two buildings. The only other way in, other than main road is also blocked by barriers.
