> Jackson’s Creek culvert under Milton Street must have some blockage in the tunnel that runs under the road of Milton street. The creek is sitting higher than normal on the upstream side and when you go up to the tunnel in Bradford park you can hear sounds like a waterfall. There must be a blockage in the tunnel and the sound is water falling over the edge of it down to the lower level. The height of the water at my house 3/197 has been slowly increasing over a few days
