> These (now over 9 years old) bushes, marked on photos, are getting very big, obstructing our view as well as encroaching our property. Can they be cut back or maybe taken out please? We have cut them ourselves but now getting unmanageable. Access from Kahu Kiwi Park or a gate in our property. Thank you.
