> Could we please have an urgent sweep of the gutters at the entrance to Rubicon Place Hei Hei as the no parking markings are buried under the leaves and the markings are used to control the drop off of children to Gilberthorpe School. Also the drains at the entrance to Rubicon Place are blocked and will flood with the pending rain this week. Thank you.
