> This halted building site has had a leaking tap for over 6 months. I have spoken to the builder 6 months ago and he said he would get a plumber to fix it. Many months have gone by and still it just leaks. The top handle of the faucet is broken off so a plumber is needed. Please send someone round as this is such a waste of resources and the builder is either broke or completely neglectful.
