> I am following up on my previous complaint regarding illegal rubbish dumping. In addition to people dumping rubbish, others are now rummaging through the piles and spreading the mess further. These issues appear to stem from the presence of the clothing bins, which seem to attract ongoing dumping and disorderly behaviour. If the Council is not able to install a surveillance camera and enforce penalties against offenders, I strongly urge that these bins be removed altogether!
