> My recycling rubbish bin wasn’t collected today. The sticker (photo attached) left on the bin states the bin wasn’t shut flat, which as you can see in the attached photo was not the case. The sticker also states that the bin was contaminated with ‘soft plastic’ of which there is none in the bin, also as per photo attached. Please advise ASAP when I can expect my recycling bin to be collected.
