> This is a self seeded tree (i.e it was not originally there a few years ago). It is now getting to a size where it is getting out of control. It is growing over my boundary fence. I am also concerned it will cause future problems to my house and property when it keeps growing (ie root damage to my sewer and storm water pipes which are near this boundary fence). Ideally I would like this tree to be cut down and removed. Obviously I am happy to discuss options Thanks Kind regards
