> The surface water from a drainage issue from the Orion substation is spilling onto the street and my concern is with winter on its way the general public and staff are at risk from black ice. Also HEB Construction never repaired the road crossing the entrance to the driveway, which causes water to be collected in the pot holes and with the big trucks and utes coming and going spreads the water to a larger area which will freeze and be extremely hazardous.
