# Overgrown Vegetation, 233 Selwyn Street, Spreydon, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand

Spreydon, Christchurch · filed 10 November 2025 · report 7183168

> How can we keep footpaths clear from vegetation? Is this a homeowner responsibility or Council? Bearing in mind that some properties are tenanted so it's not a tenants responsibility to trim shrubs/trees. I would like to see more upkeep from the Council along Selwyn St. We have a number of developments happening and these contributions should be going to the upkeep of the pavements/roads.
