# Facility - General Request, 95 Stanbury Avenue, Somerfield, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand

Somerfield, Christchurch · filed 10 November 2025 · report 7186191
https://www.chch.live/report/7186191

> The ornamental tree on the verge in front of our property is dead. I have asked you previously to remove this tree, and Treetech insisted it was alive and had new growth that would sustain it. I don't think there is any doubt it is now dead. Please remove it, replacement with a living species - IE crabapple is preferred.
