> Why are my rates going towards this educational program? This is ridiculous! Rates are for infrastructure, parks, rubbish management and the such. Leave training and teaching people to learning institutions and spend my rates more wisely. No more street BBQs, payouts to community groups that can fundraise and pull the reins in on street art. We ratepayers are not a never ending money pit…
