> A white Van with trailer attached (see photos) parked halfway across our driveway this morning making it very difficult and unsafe to try and turn out of our driveway. The wheels of the trailer were fully over our driveway and not at all in line with footpath let alone giving one metre space at side of drive. There was no one present at the van and couldn’t see anyone around on the street to speak to. My child had a swimming lesson and I had a yoga class to get to and we were late trying to leav
