> Something needs to be done at this intersection to allow for safe movement of traffic. every day vehicles heading north on selwyn block this yellow area while the lights are red, blocking traffic from turning in or out of somerset. then when the lights go green all the vehicles facing north and tuning right onto brougham then block the traffic heading south as one vehicle heading south will want to turn into somerset, can't, and therefore block traffic backing in over brougham....
