> Again as our gutters don’t drain at all we can’t park on the street. We have two young children there is a pre school across the road. And my mother in law is currently on crutches so can’t visit any time there has been rain. This is not due to the significant level of rain we have had any rain does this as the gutter needs repair probably due to earthquake damage.
