> This is what it looks like when it rains. I’ve been trying for three years to get this resolved. Every time it rains this is what happens. It is blocked somewhere up the drain. Needs a proper assessment to see where it’s blocked. It’s on. It’s sides of the road. Honestly. Three years. What’s going on with the council. I just don’t understand. .
