> The dog on this property is barking more at cats, people on my side of fence, when you go outside your back door to clothesline, rubbish bins, gardening. Yesterday evening 17/11/25 it kept running & growling along the fenceline at the cats. Fence has a gap where the dog sticks it's nose through. Last week it was running down the road with no collar or owner. Dog is a golden lab in colour with white, slim dog, looks older, has a funny nose, like it has sunburn/allergy? A safety concern, thanks.
