> The drain that flows into the street in the curb in attached photos outside number 6 has water constantly leaking from it. It has been happening for a few weeks now. Even when it hasn't rained, no irrigation has been on and the rest of the street is completely dry. It then drains out and sits outside number 4 driveway where there appears to be a flat spot. I rang the council who advised this wasn't normal so can it please be looked into? I'd appreciate an update please. Thank you
