> the rubbish inspectors were doing the rounds today. the bin at 11a cooke Street was inspected and tagged for not collection. the person at the address then took off the tag and wiped off the markings, put more mixed recycling and rubbish and put the bin out again. a bit unfair that they should ruin for the rest of the area
