> The Jackson Creek tunnel under Milton St is blocked again. It needs cleared Asap. Water can’t flow. They only came out last week. Yesterday around 11am-12 noon a Neighbour upstream of me (between me and Brougham St) dumped a huge amount of fresh lawn clippings and agapanthus cuttings into the creek which has booked the tunnel. Only 2 houses grow agapanthus on the creek boundary. One has done this multiple times in the past. It should be easy to see who cut their agapanthus plants.
