> We walk to school everyday, bin collection day is extremely difficult. My daughter is in a wheelchair and we can not get down the footpath either side of the road without moving all the bins or trying to go on the grass, a lot of the sections have a raised up grass edge making it impossible to go up and over. It would be absolutely amazing if the person emptying the bins could place them to the edge of the footpath. My daughter gets upset and stressed when she sees all the bins in the way.
