> hi. I have noticed there is water coming from this water meter cover in the last day or two, can someone please come and take a look? I know we now are required to pay for water if high user, we are low, however if there is a leak we may incur a bill. also, is this green box in use, its always getting knocked over and im having to put it upright again, if not required can it please be removed? thank you for your time, regards.
