> Abandoned house: appears dangerous, insanitary and earthquake prone. If its unstable chimney falls it could injure residents next door at 45b. Overgrown and has been used by squatters - a fire risk. Fire would endanger the lives of those at 45a,b,c & d. 2 years ago sqatters broke into 45b via 47. Windows are missing and the house is damp and engulfed in English ivy which is spreading to neighbouring properties. It is a site for vermin which poses a disease/hygiene risk. Please assess.
