> A male with a U.K accent walking his dogs two dark coloured clipped long tail Schnauzer type dogs off lead didn’t have effect control, as he allowed them to chase the plover chicks in the low tide estuary. Even when from across the estuary, I gestured to where they were in the mudflats did he put them on leash, and proceeded to into ur walking them along the shoreline path off lead. When I approached him to point out his dog had gone effectively controlled he completely ignored my warning.
