> Bin on road has gates on top of it, but the edges are sticking way outside of the bin that’s covering it. It’s a safety issue for cyclists biking past and also to people trying to use the footpath. The gates are balanced on top and with a decent wind could move and be even more dangerous. This bin probably shouldn’t be on the road where it is at all A proper cover over it needs to be instigated.
