> Hello Team This front line drain - the street before the Lyttelton Harbour - is blocked. I had sent a snap send a week or so ago, but thought best to resend due to location to the harbour - as still blocked. I also sent a message about the worksite 22 Godley Quay, new retaining wall, and concerns about their construction waste lying around and ending up in the drain too. This includes plastic yellow tops from their construction and metal wire still on the ground near drain still. Thank you
