# Hazard, vehicle, 87 Clyde Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand

Christchurch · filed 24 November 2025 · report 7264639
https://www.chch.live/report/7264639

> The parking situation on Clyde Rd near UC has become untenable. University staff and student parking consumes every available space daily, leaving rate paying residents—many without off-street parking—unable to park close to their own homes. CCC continues ticketing residents while providing no permits, no exemptions, and no protections. This imbalance is unreasonable and unsustainable. Resident-priority parking measures must be implemented urgently.
