> Noticed leaking water coming up out of the pavement proximal to where pavement was cut during recent Christchurch City Council external fuse box installation. Our water pipes run close to this spot. Leak has just started. When I stand on the footpath close to the leak it feels spongy as if the ground underneath is cavernous.
