> trench cut into road out front of 31a(?) Bainton st Bishopdale. The cut out protrudes out into road significantly and causes traffic to veer into middle of road to avoid it. A serious road safety issue. I have almost been hit by oncoming traffic. At the very least it needs some cones. It gas been left like this for at least 3 weeks since completion of driveway
