> Hello, this a neighbours car that is repeatedly parking either over our driveway, making it very difficult to get in and out, and also parking so close to our car that we have been unable to access our boot. What’s more worrying is that they park over the fire hydrant everyday. We are wondering if we could get yellow lines painted, not over the whole thing, but just over the area that should be kept clear for the fire hydrant. Thanks
