> Flood drain I think, the heavy metal lid is wedged inside the pipe, and from memory of years ago, was never a secure fit. I think the pipe is slightly too big. The drain is a trip hazard that's flush with the ground. Has been for years. Lid has been stuck in there for at least months, probably years.
