> This person has parked illegally on the grass, this is not the first time they have done this. The grass underneath has been completely ruined by them parking here. They are also across the pavement which would make it difficult for anybody with a wheelchair or accessibility issues to get into the townhouses or use the pavement. We are really sick of it.
