> during very wet weather, the street drain gets filled up with woodchips that come down from the gardens that are positioned on the corner if John Annan and Hamill road, blocking the drains. the attached photos are very tame and at the time of high water I did not have my camera available. The grates are unable to handle rain drainage, being blocked with wood chips. There is also another grating further up to John Annan street corner which is just as bad.
