> Plumbing company cleared my house pipes but filled gutter with mud which has hardened. Unfortunately the gutter which 20 years ago had no cracks in it now has more than a dozen and is growing weeds. I tried to clean the gutter by pulling the eeed but the concrete is falling into pieces. Needs repairing.
