> Hi, There is wastewater discharging onto the Head to Head walkway and then into Lyttelton Harbour. The location is approx. 150m from the Sandy Bay to Gov Bay sign, before the Scout Hut. I didn’t see the actual pipe which would be above the path someway. The smell indicates to me it’s wastewater and I first noticed this a couple of days ago. Seems to be a fairly constant flow. Please can an inspection be arranged ASAP? Many thanks.
