> There is a water leak at 14 Merlewood Avenue that is draining through a broken culvert, under the road and into the back garden at 5 Merlewood Avenue. It appears to be bringing contaminated water into the soil of the vegetable garden at 5 Merlewood Avenue. This was reported more than a month ago and nothing has been done. We want the water tested for contaminants from the storm water system and immediate remediation to avoid any further pollution of the soil. Please provide an update
