> Retaining wall under major reconstruction, is leaking south end - maybe into electrics, area has vapour coming off - can’t tell if it’s from hot water or electrics!!! Looks unsafe! I hope it does not cause any problems overnight? Workers will no doubt be on site in morning. Be good to see out of hours 0800 number on this site as overall, it does not appear to be well managed.
