> Photos of the storm water down pipe at 8 Nortons Road that is not draining away into the gutter on the road as the pipe is blocked 1 metre in from the gutter - this is additional details to our first pics and message that was showing from the gutter end - we contacted the council over a month ago and yesterday they told us the contractors had fixed - RUBBISH!!!
