> All Scarborough Rd has hugely overgrown & unkept last 10yrs… this 1st hairpin was lightly cleared this week, not enough for safety concerns, you still can’t see the incoming traffic like you used to. Only rosemary ground cover was previously present at this corner, the overgrown rest needs to go!! There is a-lot of scrub further up the hill on the seaside side yellow flower spreading weeds… 2nd hairpin also needs a safety clear to see down/up cars on the corner
