> I sent the same water leak problem back on 8th November. It is now 4th December and it is still leaking. When will this be fixed? I thought the Council would act quickly regarding water leaks; you are quick to bill excess water usage charges but not so quick in reverse so it would seem. This lack of action is not good enough! It’s nearly a month since I reported this & at that time it had already been leaking for quite a while.
