> Two weeks ago I reported this but nothing has been done. I was told it had been done (not true), and I replied back that it hadn't, and I think that message got lost. Water is oozing up from the storm drain outside 147 Clarence, and it's making a river in the gutter, traveling north, and going down the next storm drain. The water is getting every so slightly faster each day. This street already has bad-enough problems with surface flooding, so it's important to me that all the drains function.
