> overgrown grass to 11 pistacia place & 17 pistacia place causing health & safety issues. there are land mice that are coming into my property. weve had to get pest control to bait our property. also have noticed hare/ rabbits in the street living in overgrown grass. can council please notify the owner to cut grass more frequently espically in summer
